Storage, sharing and your rights
When you send us an inquiry through the contact form, by e-mail or via WhatsApp, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, the type of event and any details you choose to share. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a consultation and an event proposal, and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your event. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell your data and do not send you marketing without your consent.
We keep inquiry data for up to 2 years after our last contact, and longer only where the law requires it (for example, accounting records). Our website and forms are hosted by Wix.com, which processes data on our behalf. When we organise your event, we may share the necessary details with selected venues and suppliers. The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and, where you allow it, analytics cookies. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@pavgroup.cz. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz). Last updated: October 2026.
